Hewlett Packard Printers by Jagpal Bains

Hewlett Packard is one the best provider of company's products on reasonable prices. Hewlett Packard is the premier worldwide technology solutions provider to businesses, consumers and institutions.

Hewlett-Packard was one of the first companies to produce a laser printer for PCs and most software products include drivers for HP printers. The drivers control the printers through a language called PCL (printer control language). Other makers of laser printers design their printers so that they, too, understand PCL, making them able to emulate HP printers. In this way, their printers are HP-compatible and are thus automatically supported by many software products.

No non-HP printer, however, is 100 percent HP-compatible. HP is the provider of all types of printers such as color laser printers, laser Printers, inkjet printers, multifunction printers, plotters, Mac Printers, refurbished printers, portable printers, fax machines and copiers. HP also provides printers through which you can create photos. They are basic inkjet printers, photo printers, all-in-ones printer, portable photo printers and professional-quality printers.

HP also provides repair services for laser printer, printer cartridges, refurbished printers and other parts. Laser Printer Repair 911 provides corporations, small businesses and individuals with certified on site, in home and carry in printer repair services and upgraded printer parts.

Printer Ink Basics - Choosing Only the Right Ink for Your Printer by Ilse Hagen

To keep your printer running smoothly, you need a good quality printer ink. A printer ink creates permanent prints on paper through your printer. It comes in either black or colored and is contained in a printer cartridge that slides along the printer onto the paper.

A printer ink is used only on ink jet printers. Other printers, like laser or dot matrix types, require different types.

OEM or remanufactured?
Printer inks come in different kinds. First is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) ink. This type is designed to work with specific printer models. It provides the best quality print and usually comes with a warranty. This is the most expensive yet reliable type of ink.

Since most users prefer cheaper printer inks, they have resorted to buying compatible printer inks instead. This is designed to comply with OEM printing standards. Like OEM inks, they are designed only for specific printer brands.

Finally, remanufactured printer inks are made from recycled ink. They are the cheapest kind of ink but can be unreliable.

What should you choose?

When buying a printer ink, it is always best to check for your printer's compatibility. Different printer models work with specific printer inks. Make sure you buy only the right ink for your printer else you can damage it and void the warranty on your printer.

Do not be easily fooled by companies claiming to sell the “best” printer inks. Check for the packaging. Make sure it is not tampered and that you buy only from a reputable dealer. If you are looking for inks that provide high quality prints, it is always best to buy an OEM ink. It is expensive but it provides lasting and better results than other types.
